“We have used this service once before for our refrigerator filter and Alex was our technician. One of our ovens in our double oven went kaput at the most inopportune time...a week before Thanksgiving! So my grandiose plans of hosting Friendsgiving was a no-go. I definitely require two ovens for holiday cooking and baking. Alex was again assigned to us and provided a quote. He came back with the parts a few days later. He took apart our top oven, and repaired it within a few hours. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Alex. Would call them again if we need other appliance repairs.“
