Great service from start to finish. Fash Asvadi was very helpful and professional throughout the process. The installation went smoothly, everything was checked carefully, and the ovens are working great so far — quiet and baking very well. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
I can’t say enough about this company. I purchased 2 ovens 10 years ago and ANY time I ran into an issue I’ve contacted the owner and EVERY time he came through with a solution. Just recently I had an issue where my oven would not come to the proper temp so I could not make pizza. After trying to solve it myself, I contacted the owner of this company even though it had been 10 years since my purchase and he went above and beyond. He found the solution and overnighted the parts and I was up and running 24hrs after the initial call. Service like that simply doesn’t exist anymore!!!
Not only are the prices the best, but the customer service that Fash and his crew give is the best I have ever encountered in the restaurant business. I wonder if the man ever sleeps?
