Quick service with great communication. Our almost 3 year old Whirlpool washer was having a common issue with the lid latch not engaging and it’s fairly new. After taking a look they got the part the next day and it was repaired. Our washer is in a fairly tight space but we didn’t have to move anything which was a plus!

I called Reliable Appliances late in the afternoon after another company bailed on me last minute and they were able to see me same day. They showed up on time and were extremely knowledgeable and considerate about the issue we were having with our fridge. Charlie and Michelle were the two people who arrived and we could not have asked for better service. They attempted all possible repairs to fix our problem and then advised us of what options we had moving forward.
