He's always friendly and helpful, and Page and Ruth are always pleasant to speak to on the phone, and always willing to accommodate my requests. I live near an open land that is now being turned over for condos. The solution that Defender uses to keep the bugs away is super powerful. We don't see ANY bugs and we can't smell what is sprayed when Bill provides the service. They treat the garage, interior, and perimeter of my house every other month. They get rid of any cobwebs, wasp nests that they find, etc. and even in the months that they don't come, we only see an occasional silver fish or pinch bug. I love that I can change the frequency of their visits, and the price is very, very reasonable.“
