“I want to recognize Highlander Termite and Pest Control for their customer service and integrity.
Highlander was contracted to help mitigate swallow nesting at our residential community by arranging for protective netting to be installed under the rooflines of several buildings. The netting work was subcontracted, and unfortunately, some nails were left on the roadway following the job. I ran over them and ultimately had to replace two tires.
When the situation was brought to Highlander’s attention, they were responsive and willing to make things right, even though the work itself had been performed by a subcontractor. With assistance from The Pique, Highlander reimbursed me for the expense.
