We've had ant issues over the years but were always able to control them until recently. The ants would eat the Terro bait, but then pop out at another area of our house. After several months of fighting with the ants, a friend recommended that I contact APEX Pest Control. Jeff arrived at precisely the scheduled time and diligently planted the ant bait and sprayed the entire house inside and out. Jeff is so knowledgeable in dealing with ants and other pest. We have been using them for about 5 years. We haven't run into any issues per se. Our current rep that comes out is named Cesar. Always super friendly and helpful with big smile on his face. We are definitely lucky! When we had issues with ants showing up, it was taken care of immediately. I'm not sure if it's our location or just our super nice rep, but we have but all good experiences. It's hard to find good hardworking people, which might be the reason for some negative reviews. It's a hit or miss at times. We have been a customer of APEX since purchasing the family home from my mother's estate, the past 10 years. My mother was a customer of their's for many years prior to that. They are always willing to go the extra-mile for us, whether it's bugs, rats, or other creatures. The administrative staff is wonderful to work with over the phone, and we love our onsite technician. Great job APEX Pest Control!!! Keep doing what you're doing.
