We just used Hawkeye for our inspection. We bought a home that was direct through the owner (they were also a Real Estate agent). Lori on the phone was very helpful. She had us do everything online and it was super convenient. Raymond was the inspector that showed up. He was very professional and extremely thorough. They caught every little detail and it ended up saving us thousands in negotiating the price. Funny enough the agent selling the house recommended him. They should probably start referring lesser quality inspectors. LOL. Joking aside I will now use them and refer them every time!
