“We have the service now almost 2 years and we are very happy with the company and our service man, Cody. Cody is prompt, on time, knowledgeable with pest control, and courteous. He is always able to give us little tips how to manage our pest problem. He uses chemicals that are safe for our dogs, and many times they are essential oil mixtures. The company charges economically with a fair price. Thanks for keeping our home safe, and clean!”
“Colleen was so helpful over the phone when I thought I had bed bugs. She answered all my questions thoroughly and with a great attitude. I sent her some pictures of the bug I had captured and she took the time to show it to their entomologist. It was not actually a bed bug, what a relief! But overall excellent customer service :)”
“I was super thrilled that someone was able to take care of my pest problem the same day. We tried home baits and gels but nothing worked!! I called one other company but they couldn’t give me any quotes over the phone and said they would text me later about someone coming out to do an initial inspection. Still haven’t heard back from them ?. I called Pro Active Pest second and not only did they give me a quote with a great discounted price but they got someone to come and do treatments the same day! Cedric answered all my questions and was very patient while I secured the dogs. I didn’t even have to leave the house because the products they used are pet and dog friendly once dry. I would definitely recommend them”
