So wonderful to actually find a licensed AC family owned company that is in Westlake Village. No fake website or anonymous tech, Shai shows up and gets the job done - same day as he is in the neighborhood. No abusive up-sells, no endless explanations of what is wrong, just fixed it. Thank you! Looking forward to keeping Highland Air as our AC guy in WLV.
Shai came just in time to save me from a potential flood. He was curious, kind and professional. He solved my issue and came back a 2nd day to ensure everything was okay. Wonderful service.
Shai was amazing! Im so glad I found his company. Responded immediately to a repair we needed. Was there the same day and was super honest, efficient and affordable. I usually feel like I get screwed around when it comes to home repairs but this was the first all around great experience! Would recommend to anyone all day long!!
