I've read people's complaints and they're ridiculous. I've been taking my kids to like 3 of their locations for years, and I've always been seen on time, and the times that it's taken longer than expected it's because it can't be avoided. It's medicine, not a drive thru at McDonald's. I've had to schedule appointments sometimes at 3 a.m., and they responded within minutes. The ladies and Dr's at the offices are very genuine and kind. Today, I made an appointment for my 14 year old at 6:48 am. Without a glitch for later today. I am grateful for kids and teens. As a single father of 3, I can honestly say I am grateful for everything they do for my kids. The staff is really courteous even to the most rude of parents. The Dr's and staff are caring and great. In addition many times at midnight or later I've been able to schedule emergency appointments for early that morning for my kids. Prior pediatricians made me go to the emergency rooms or were too booked. At kids n teens they've never turned me away. They always see my kids in a professional and timely and caring manner. Fact is my son needed his psych meds asap, because there was an issue long ago with acquiring them because of medical issues, I called them up they gave me an immediate appointment, we saw the Dr and she not only helped get his prescriptions but also made other referrals my son so desperately needed that were urgent.
The best skin care facility I've been to. The service I've requested is a facial. Lisa is the best. She has an incredible team. Relaxing vibe. Don't go anywhere else for any type of skin care or facial.
I’ve been going to Ashley for about 2 years now and I would follow her anywhere! She’s the best at doing my brows, always makes sure I’m happy and listens to what I want them to look like. Last time I got my brows done, somebody stopped me in the break room at work to tell me how beautiful they looked. Plus, she is so fun and kind. I always enjoy my 20 minutes with Ashley!
Dr. Ock and his care team are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. They have taken great care of my dog, Austin! The clinic is very nice, clean, and spacious. I recommend this clinic to everyone!

This salon is my favorite! I drive all the way from Long Beach, because it’s totally worth it. I mean, look how cute it is! Everyone there is so nice and it smells so good. Jovan is the best stylist I’ve ever had in my life. She can do anything! I have fine, thin, curly hair and she’s somehow able to give me a curly cut, bleach it all without damage, and make it hot pink. She uses quality products and doesn’t push expensive services. She even does the bleach in a way where it looks good as it grows out. And it’s all at a reasonable price! I feel like a billion bucks every time I walk out ?

Kim is the most sorted professional hairstylist in the Valley. Prices vary according to what the customers desires to be done. From braiding to your own hair to design a mix blended hair styles esthetic. The parking can be a bit difficult but doable. The shop is an interesting friendly and charming. Clean fun very nice easy personally.

Hak Soo from KSY Reseda is amazing! (Hope I spelled his name right.) He transformed my weighed down, frumpy hair with grown out highlights and roots back to life again with minimal work needed... He is quick and is a perfectionist! You can tell he takes pride in his work and you're not just another person in his chair. I showed him an inspo photo of what I wanted, and he made sure to cater that to fit my features. I'm in love with my hair! Will be a regular with him from now on... and referring family and friends for hair needs to him. His pricing is a lot more reasonable than stylists at KSY-LA as well which is a big plus! Hair type: So my hair is a little thin on top, with a widows peak. It’s gotten tight enough that I don’t know what will look good on me anymore… Hayro found what fits perfectly on me, uniquely me. Uniquely to my concerns for my hair type and hair line. My beard is something I’m proud of, and Hayro treated it so carefully, with so much detail in so many regards.

I had a style in mind, but we used that to work towards a combined style for head and beard that matched my head as well as my hairline. It’s clean and perfect. My beard was ironed and trimmed with incredible precision by clippers and razor so it have both an immaculate fade, perfect shaping, and robust thickness… no hairs stick out of place

I was hesitant to do my pedicure here cause the place was not as fancy as other places. But oh boy these ladies are very nice, Lily did pedicure today, she took her time, she did not pressure me to get the most expensive package like in all places I've been to, they always hustle me and that's why I never go back to those nail salons. My first time here great experience and the most affordable place I could found. Very chill place, I loved it, I will def coming back.please notice I came on a Monday so it wasn't busy at all, maybe that helped too.

Absolutely amazing service! My family and I went. We did 3 pedicures and 1 manicure. The nail tech managed to do all that so so fast with it. She took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. We all loved how our nails turned out. She gave us massages it felt like a mini spa. It was very quiet in there, super peaceful.
Diane created a beautiful custom nail art design for me. Each nail is a tiny masterpiece, and the colors pop perfectly. She’s a true pro with great creativity.

i've been going here for the past year and every time, they get it right! I'm not usually someone who wants to have longer nails (mostly because my job) but they shape and paint my nails so well! they have a bunch of colors to choose from, including a newer iridescent collection of which is perfection. pricing is also pretty normal for all their services. the vibe inside is clean, bright and low stimulation. love it here!

After using over-the-counter store box color during the pandemic, I decided to have my hair colored at a salon, and I am so happy I did. Meena is a true artist who takes pride in her work. She's super nice and listens to what you want. My color looks beautiful every time. She's up to date on the latest products (I love the gray drops she uses to make my color last longer and keep my grays at bay) but she doesn't push products on you, which I appreciate. My hair has never looked better or healthier, and I always receive compliments on my color, which is her specialty. She's awesome!

I have been looking for an esthetician for my son to work on his acne. I have looked far and wide and tried many. They were always not thorough enough or too expensive. So I searched yelp and found Mitra. She is a Godsend. My son was so happy with his facial. His skin looks fresh and clean. Mitra uses all the proper tools and techniques. Her extraction work is AMAZING!!! Hopefully we'll start to see her every 2-3 weeks. I'm so happy that my son is happy! THANK YOU MITRA!

I had a facial treatment today by Nadia and it was a really great experience! First, I like the elegant and cozy atmosphere when I entered the shop and she gave me a warm welcome. Second, I enjoyed the facial treatment including a deep cleaning on those pores, hydrating, and a uv treatment on the face. The service is of high quality and profession. Would highly recommend!

Came back after 5 years. Jane is still the best!! I have been coming since March this year and my skin is smoother than I first came. My acne scars are not that visible any more. More surprisingly, my skin tone is glowing too. If you have acne scar or suffering from acne, make sure you book appointments in advance, and come and treat yourself a facial.
I looove Ruby’s facials. I found Ruby through a friend becuase my former esthetician was working out for me the past few sessions and I’m so happy to have found Ruby. She helped with my large and clogged pores, and wrinkles. My mom loved her photoshop facial. Had our drain line from our kitchen sink back up and called out Robert to deal with it. He showed up quickly and was able to fix it and clear it out like it was nothing even though the clean out for it is in a terrible place and not easy to deal with. Would recommend!

Decided to get my wife a Tesla and was referred over to Chris to install our Tesla Universal Charger. We spoke and shortly after I sent him a video of install area so he he could give me a rough quote. After receiving the charger about 10 days later he came out with his team and completed the work in a few hours. We discussed the install and also he gave me some insight on some of the electrical work that had been done before on my panel. He followed thru with scheduling the Permit and was present when the inspector came out. Happy its installed and completed. He just sent my invoice so I could complete the LADWP rebate. Highly recommend.

Wyatt from Pool Repair & Replaster paid a visit to our property in Northridge last weekend to troubleshoot an issue we were having with our pool and pump. In Dec.2023 I needed pest control services on a rental property. From my initial phone call with Bea to meeting with Alfredo (Freddy) was quick and easy. Alfredo has been wonderful and communicates well with needed services and follow up. They were able to assist with bees, rodents and pest control. I would definitely recommend them.
Joanna provide me with outstanding customer service and worked with my insurance carrier to get my job completed expeditiously. She's great The contractor who did the work was very professional and did good work. Highly recommend them!
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist with a big smile. All the staff I encountered including Dr. Cerniglia were so lively, fun and most importantly they made me feel comfortable. I’m new to the Valley, and in reality no one really likes going to the dentist so I was a little nervous to begin with, but it was such a great experience! I can see why this dentist has such great reviews. I’m excited that I found a dentist I feel comfortable with! NOT TO MENTION I DIDN’T HAVE TO WAIT! My appointment was at 12pm and I believe I was called in a few minutes before! Overall, so happy and thankful.

This is a long overdue review but I’ve been a patient at smile boutique for several years now and actually one of my good friends referred me to the office when I was complaining about tooth pain. She said Dr Shaer was an amazing dentist and took care of her and he’ll do the same for me. I’ve had dental issues in the past but ignored them because I’ve never felt comfortable in opening my mouth. I know sad! Anyway I called to make an appointment and spoke with Nathalie and she reassured me I was in great hands and accommodated me when I requested a certain time and date. Once I walked into the office I was immediately greeted, Brendy took my X-rays and Dr Shaer came in promptly and let me know what I needed. I met with Norma and she proposed a treatment plan that I couldn’t pass up! I’ve never had dental implants done in my life and I was so scared. They offered IV Sedation for the whole procedure and let me know what to expect from start to finish which put me at ease. They have all the latest technology from CT scans and digital X-rays and the office is super clean and cute! Long story short I am very thankful to have met Dr Shaer and they def have a returning patient. I actually moved back to Sacramento but still make time to get my regular check ups and cleanings with there office! I don’t trust anyone else. Thank you so much Smile Boutique!

I called the front desk, who was very accommodating, to help me schedule an appointment. Then, I came into the office for my scheduled dental appointment and was greeted by an amazing staff. They were very friendly. After a few minutes of waiting, the dental assistant assigned me to my room. She was very sweet and patient as she took my xrays and placed the cleaning coating on my teeth. A short while later, Dr Barkhordar walked in with a warm smile. I expressed my fear of dentists and having dental work done. He explained the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions. He was very patient and friendly and reassured me that if there was any moment where I would experience pain, I would need to let him know and he would adjust the procedure as needed. Then, I had my filling replaced and the procedure was not only painless, but I was relaxed the entire time. After I had this done, I went to the front desk and made an appointment to see the doctor six months from now. Overall, I would highly recommend this doctor and office.

I have to start by say... I HAVE MAJOR DENTAL ANXIETY!!! This place made me feel as relaxed as possible. The waiting area has a big screen Tv showing relaxing waves slightly crashing on a very picturesque shore ( just think being there when stressed). The two receptionists were friendly. The dental technician ( he did X-rays) told me what to expect at every step he was going. When I started to freak, breath heavy and shake ( told you I have dental anxiety), he calmed me down with a soothing , caring voice. The Dr was fantastic. She made me feel like she understood my phobias and medical issues. She also spoke encouraging words and tried to help me get thru my anxiety as much as anyone could. The hygienist was gentle, and again, calmed me thru the procedure. The only issue is the parking. There was only one side street with parking without any time limits. Office parking is behind building( super small), on street parking is always filled. They may not be the cheapest, but if you haven't been to a dentist because of anxiety, give them a try. It's nice to be feel like I can finally achieve dental health again. I will still have my anxiety, but I feel like they can guide me thru it and not be so embarrassed. Some people will understand what I am saying.
After almost 2 years of having a sore shoulder and restriction of movement and clicking in the socket, Dr Termini was able to resolve it in 6 visits. The overall experience was such a joy. Thank you!

Awesome experience. Me and my girl friend were in a car accident. Our back and neck injuries disappeared all thanks to the work of MJ and BJ! They were very friendly and super prompt with our time. The facility is very clean and sanitized after each use. Both MJ and BJ showed great knowledge of procedure and chiropractic skills. Our favorites were the electro therapy and the massaging beds. Overall an amazing experience and we will be coming back if need be!

My cat Gata was very sick so I took her to see Dr. Blake. He was very kind and took the time to answer my questions and give me all the options based on his recommendation. I didn't feel like I was just another client. We were like family and he kept me updated with her condition. She ended up needing surgery and Dr. Blake was very understanding and listened to all my concerns.

Have to be fair! Northridge Vet actually did send all paperwork to the insurance company! They (Embrace Pet Insurance) sat on the claim and then held it up for weeks! Results, sorry, we don't cover one cent of $4,500.00 surgery bill!! Beware of Embrace Insurance! They will happily process the $6 dollar claims and hold up the others! Do not Embrace them if you love you pet! Looking for another pet insurance.

I have a 16.5 yo chihuahua/rat terrier mix, Lexie, that’s blind and hard of hearing with some arthritis. Rita was so good to Lexie. And I’ve been to other groomers but Lexie never looked as good as she does when Rita grooms her. I highly recommend Rita for your dogs. She has a great set up and you can even stay to watch her groom your dogs. ? She is appointment only and well worth the wait.

Kai was a great masseur and helped get rid of the aches and pains that I came in with. He knows how much pressure to give and gives after care instructions as well. His studio is clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good massage in the Valley.

Wow! Super impressed with this place, they squeezed me in last minute right before closing on a Sunday and my massage was AMAZING. Hum I believe was the gentleman's name who did my massage and oh my goodness his hands were MAGIC. I have had many massages in my life, from high-end places to $25 an hour places and this place is great! $45 for an hour and the massage was quality. I will be frequenting this place often! Also, I loved that you get a little room with a curtain rather than being out in the open.

I've been going here for quite some time. They're great. But I had an issue with something that one of the women that does the massages. At first I didn't want to mention her by name because I don't want anything to affect her or her job. Her name was Amy if I remember correctly. And she without asking me first or mentioning it. Placed these what i could only describe as medium sized icy hot patches on my back. When it came time to pay. I gave her $100. I told her. Keep $20 For yourself and the rest which was $80. I'll take. She comes back with $70. Saying..well. I put those icy hot patches on your back. Honestly. It angered me. She knew what she just did was so low, and dishonest. I told Her. I'd appreciate if next time. You first ask me if I'd like you to apply them to my back for an additional fee. Il still continue to go there because the people there are nice. But I don't care if it upsets this person if I have to say in front of her that I don't want her to helping me going forward. What she did was wrong and dishonest. Everyone else there is awesome. I'd recommend this place 100%. Amy needs to understand why what she did was wrong. You don't help yourself to a tip when you've been told how much to keep for yourself. Again. I love this place. I still do. Amy. You need to do better. You were wrong the second you put that thing on my back without asking me First. Wnat a disgusting thing to do. Again I'll still go here and yes. I'll still recommend it because everyone else here is great. And very kind and accommodating
