I was first to get service but there was a problem with gas smell and Vanessa told me she would call me when problem was over. I was even given a $2.00 credit towards my visit 😀😀😀😀

Karen is exceptional!!! She treated me so kindly and talked to me throughout the entire experience. as she was cutting she was explaining to me everything she was doing and how the hair treatments work. She is extremely knowledgeable with what she does, it creates a very trustworthy environment. As a person who hates having their hair cut, I felt extremely comfortable with Karen cutting my hair. 10/10 will be coming back here and requesting Karen every time!!

Excellent customer service and a very nice cut for me by Nancy. Also yesterday my son, looking like Cousin It, went to Nancy and she did an absolutely amazing job on his hair. Nancy is awesome!
