Worst experience in massage I've ever had. I called the lady and booked a 1030 male appointment masseuse when I arrived I was put in a room and a lady came in and I told her what happened to the mail. She told me that there was no mail available. She gave me the worst 30 minute massage I've ever gotten in my life, and when I told her I wanted a deep tissue, she would barely even touch my body. Then the manager came in and told me that I was a liar, and that I booked a female masseuse, and that I was lying and that she would give me back half my money for the 30 minute horrible massage as I was leaving she said that there is two Michael's booked and she didn't even look for the name or number under it and just gave him my appointment even though he was after me and was very very rude to me, I will never come back here and I suggest no one does either. They are very rude and inconsiderate, and not to mention that was the worst deep tissue I've ever had.
I get massages once a week. Finally tried this place & I Went through a couple massage therapists before finally finding one I liked. Last week Pat wasn't available and tried someone different. The lady walked on my calf with full body strength and hurt me. I Tried calling to make an appointment with Pat this morning & they asked if I can go to a male instead because I'm too strong? First time in 30 years of getting massages all over the world I've heard something so ridiculous. Maybe she is in the wrong line of work. I'll never go back to this place. It's in a sketchy area of Reseda as well. Save your money and find a therapist that cares about healing not just $$ !!!
Wow! What a fabulous experience with Rene. I came in stressed out from a challenging week of rapidly packing and moving my house, so my entire body was tense. In 90 magical minutes, she unknotted knots and relaxed me with a mixture of Thai, Swedish, and hot stone therapies. I walked in stressed and constricted and walked out relaxed and expanded. I'll be back!
