Let me start off by saying the rug I got back looked better then the day I got it. I have this fantastic rug I let get destroyed (like leave in the back of my truck for a year destroyed) and before I eventually was about to just give up on my mom told me she has been coming to Gino for years and to see if he can fix it. And boy did he, Gino brought this amazing rug back to its best form and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not to mention the price was so fair I feel kinda bad for not paying more. Gino was a huge help! We needed emergency carpet, furniture/upholstery, and soft good cleaning services and he was out there within the hour. He turned a stressful situation into a nonexistent one. They are our go to company, thank you Gino!
