Empire Floor Machine Co

Had an amazing experience at Empire. Drove 3 hours to get here because there are unfortunately no competent truckmount mechanics where I live. Mitch the owner is professional and helpful. I needed a TON of overdue service on my unit. Tim, the service manager is the best around. He knows his stuff like no one else! They worked late into the day, but despite their best efforts could not complete my long list of items to repair. Since they knew I was staying in a hotel, Tim and another tech came in unscheduled on Saturday to finish the job and get me home and back to work. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND Empire!!!

Mitch was who helped me, I called a week a go asking for a tool, they didn't have it at the time, but Mitch told me he will call me when it arrives I gave him my phone number and sure enough he called me, this was such a great experience because most places don't call you back. I was able to show the same day he called me to buy it. Thanks Mitch

Mitch..Is the most professional organized Owner of any Floor machine, chemical Distributor I’ve ever known in my 35 years in the business.I’ve bought 3 truck mounts from Mitch. He’s taken care of Us every time..on time.Need a part...More than likely Mitch has it in stock.I travel from San Pedro too Northridge every time I need expert advice and repairs.Why?...Because Trust is weak with most suppliers, and most of all repairs.Life time relationship for sure. Thanks again Mitch..You have built an Empire team.Ted from Sutherland carpet cleaning.
