Giovanna is amazing. I did a Cryo T-Shock session with her at Soul Body Studio and felt completely taken care of from start to finish. She’s super knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable the whole time.
What really stood out though is how real she is. She takes the time to actually talk with you, get to know you, and understand what you’re looking for. It doesn’t feel rushed or transactional at all. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients, not just the service.

I've had the best experience here with Giovanna. She is such a sweetheart, great bedside manner, and is incredibly well versed in her various practices. I did a round of cryo shock treatments and am thrilled with the results! I'm planning to come back for another area because of how impressed I am with my first package!
