Best thing you can do is having a regular visit to a good acupuncturist , it really makes a difference on a knee injury, lower back, & overall lifestyle, I’m thankful to Yoo and his knowledge of acupuncture.
I had a pretty bad snowboard injury a while back. I fell going backward in the park, caught the back edge of my board, and slammed hard—landing on my butt and whiplashing my neck. My head hit the ground too, but the real problem was my neck. I couldn’t move it at all from side to side for almost two weeks. I tried to just tough it out, but this time I couldn’t muscle through it.
I went to see Dr. Yoo, and honestly, the treatment he did wasn’t something I was comfortable with at first—but as soon as he worked on me, I could suddenly turn my head about 45 degrees each way. It was amazing. He even drew out some bad blood from the back of my head (pretty...read full review
