It was our first visit to Kids & Teens Medical Group, and we had a great experience. The entire process was smooth took us about 45min in and out, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and patient especially the front desk staff who helped us (I didn’t catch her name). The clinic is clean and well-maintained, and the pediatrician was kind and welcoming.
After moving to Los Angeles, we had to leave the pediatrician who cared for our kids for over a decade. We’re so happy to have found our new pediatrician here. My only suggestion is to improve the air circulation, as it felt a bit warm inside.
My daughter’s first appointment here was smooth and simple. They assisted in transferring from our former physician to theirs. It was not complicating or time consuming. When we got to the appointment everything was clean and staff was very friendly. It did not take long at all and they answered all of my questions. By far the best in my opinion. They even took their time and worked with my crying one year old.
I’ve been coming here for a few years. My three children come here and I’m gonna say this Office goes above and beyond Thank you may God continue to bless you and the doctors and the nurses in your offices
