The reception staff are friendly, helpful, and kind, while the veterinarians, including Dr. Blake and Dr. Thordarson, are wonderful, taking great care of pets. The facility offers a complete solution for pet healthcare needs, including an in-house diagnostic lab, access to specialists, and an on-site pharmacy. Customers highly recommend the center for its fair prices, caring team, and the exceptional treatment their pets receive. The hospital is praised for its professional, knowledgeable, and attentive approach, making pet owners feel like family. Many appreciate the excellent care given to their pets, such as knee surgery for dogs, and express gratitude for the reassurance and updates they receive throughout the process. However, there are some concerns about the cleanliness and professionalism of certain staff members, which can affect the overall experience. Despite this, many still find it to be a wonderful place for pet care.
I’ve been coming to this hospital for over a decade and have taken all of my pets there. Everyone who works there truly cares about the animals and treats them with so much compassion. I miss Dr. Marco, but I really love Dr. Erinn. You can absolutely trust that your pet will receive excellent care here.
I love this place amd have recommended it to my friends. The staff is excellent with great animal and people skills. Clean throughout. Dr Blake is great with my dog. Gentle and caring. And I love being able to book appointments on line.
Dr. Blake is not only smart, but also incredibly caring and compassionate. The front desk staff are so caring and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for top-notch care for your fur babies.
