“Maria and her team did an amazing job on her bathroom. We are so happy with their work. The project moved quickly even after we added additional work in the middle of the process.

Nelthor, their tile guy, and Aaron did a beautiful job with the tile in the shower. The tile we had was not easy to work with and chipped easily, but he took amazing care when setting in the large wood slat tiles and the floral mosaics.

Derek also took amazing attention to detail when he was installing the fixtures making sure everything was centered and lined up and sealed.

Overall we had a great experience from start to end and I recommend them to anyone who's looking to do a beautiful remodel in their home on a reasonable budget.“

“MFK Construction was outstanding! We were in escrow on a property for sale and nearing our closing date, and had an emergency situation arise. We needed to replace a whole upper deck prior to the HOA allowing us to close our transaction. Since we are a full-service Real Estate team, we jumped on Yelp searching for a very specific trade. Mitch at MFK was one of the first responses we received. I told him about our situation, and we set up a meeting immediately. He provided a reasonable quote, and the work began right away. Our client was thrilled to have this stress taken off her plate. There were no surprises or delays, and they did a beautiful job! They demoed two layers, replaced everything, including some fascia, added new joists, applied the waterproof deck coating system, flashing, stucco and paint!

The crew was on time, and they cleaned up after themselves. They posted notices throughout the community and spoke with neighbors to prevent any issues. They provided a credit card link for our client to pay, and everything was very smooth. They communicated daily on their progress. The HOA was happy, the client was happy, and the new buyer was happy! We closed our escrow! I will definitely be saving their contact as one of our preferred vendors to refer to other clients! “Loft Crafters developed a solution that allowed us to renovate our home and get more space, instead of looking for a new one. Their pricing was open and transparent from the beginning. The entire experience could not have been better. As with every construction project, issues arise but the Loft Crafters team always came to us with solutions rather than just problems.

The other areas of home we were well protected to avoid any dust infiltration from construction activities. Depending on your home layout, you may be able to stay in your home during construction but I would recommend renting elsewhere while work occurs.

We even had a roof leak completely unrelated to this renovation occur during construction. The team helped us get a roofer on board for a quick fix and they were able to repair the interior damage themselves at a very reasonable price.

Even with the added scope due to the roof leak, the team still finished AHEAD OF SCHEDULE by 4 days and they even gave us a credit back at the end of the job. Top notch performance.
