“USA Home Remodeling did our bathroom remodel on our old 5x8 bathroom. Our house was built in the late 50's. This is the first time any major updates have been done to this bathroom. Quote came in around the same price as another company. ($1500 more) Issac does a great job laying out a plan of what it would look like on his computer. With this being an older house, you don't know what kind of surprises you are going to run into. I would budget for some unknown issues. We are very happy with the finished product!!! “I decided to redo the outside area around my house. Removed everything, landscaping, driveway, walkways and back patio. Even had to rebuild a cinder block wall that my old tree roots had destroyed. Not a small project by any means. LMX Builders were great. They took care of permits, coordinating with subcontractors, most everything that was needed they took care of it. I used pavers for the new driveway, walkway and patio. They did a fantastic job. And the stone work was just as good. Built a new planter and had some columns faced with stone. Anytime a problem came up Yaniv was on it right away. Never had the feeling I wasn't an important customer.“

The entire experience could not have been better. As with every construction project, issues arise but the Loft Crafters team always came to us with solutions rather than just problems.

The other areas of home we were well protected to avoid any dust infiltration from construction activities. Depending on your home layout, you may be able to stay in your home during construction but I would recommend renting elsewhere while work occurs.

We even had a roof leak completely unrelated to this renovation occur during construction. The team helped us get a roofer on board for a quick fix and they were able to repair the interior damage themselves at a very reasonable price.

Even with the added scope due to the roof leak, the team still finished AHEAD OF SCHEDULE by 4 days and they even gave us a credit back at the end of the job. Top notch performance.
