“After a flood in our kitchen, Kevin Seib of Seib Construction provided an estimate to the insurance company to refurbish / rebuild our kitchen cabinets. He provided a realistic estimate that was not a low-ball and we were able to add about 10% to have Kevin build and install custom cabinets.Kevin is a licensed cabinet maker and general contractor and he has a 7000 Sq foot workshop.We are extremely happy with the job Kevin performed to rebuild our kitchen. The cabinets he built provide much more storage space than the old cabinets and the stain finish on alder looks like a fine furniture finish, but durable. He uses the highest quality hardware and everything fits well and works great.He worked with us to design the cabinets and he provides excellent computer drawn design drawings that made it easy to visualize the final product and make changes as desired. With his experience he is able to make insightful suggestions.Working with Seib construction was a pleasure. Kevin Seib was reliable, competent, flexible, and easy to work with, and communicates in a timely manner. He is customer oriented and meets his commitments. “Jaime, a general contractor, was outstanding... He arrived at our home within 2 hours of my call to assess my outdoor lighting and transformer. After spending 45 minutes evaluating the system he determined that the system was functioning as intended and the problem was related to damaged / old 12 volt bulbs. I offered to pay for his time, yet he indicated that payment is not needed as it was a simple issue to assess. Amazing customer service. I will definitely use him for construction and electrical needs as well as refer him to friends and family. THANKS“
“My husband and I had several appointments with different contractors. When we met with Terry, we both felt he was very knowledgeable in all areas, and had very good pricing. Needless to say, we chose Newland Construction. From day one, we felt comfortable and at ease. Renovation Project: 1. Moved the small kitchen to our large dining room. 2. Moved dining room to former kitchen ( swapped rooms) 3. Dining room: (former kitchen) removed wall for open concept4. New flooring5. Stairs: replaced carpet with laminate, replaced rails6. “This was the 2nd project we did with Renaissance and Mr Mehran. After the wonderful job they did on our kitchen we had them do our main bathroom. Once again they didn't disappoint. Mehran is always available to answer questions. He gets to know his customers and knows what you'll like even before you do. The workmen are amazing. They show up on time, work hard when there and leave without a mess. They are friendly and polite and really like working for Mr Mehran. Mehran really knows how to coordinate things so everything gets done in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend them to anyone interested.“

“Jb &Sons Construction was subcontracted by OC Restoration due to water damage from a neighbor. Johnny and his team had their work cut out for them rebuilding the outside and inside bedroom and closet. I was informed of everything that needed to be done, how long it would take as well as explaining the entire process with insurance. Johnny took care of all the insurance issues for us so we did not have to worry. He made the entire process STRESS-FREE. the outcome was absolutely beautiful. the rebuild of the inside bedroom left me speechless. I, of course, wanted to have things done a little differently from what it originally looked like. I did not want the carpet put back he explained that since it was an insurance claim the rebuild needed to be as before. Well, Johnny was able to put completely different flooring in. No carpet. His team managed to take old sliding closet doors and make them new again. Having water damage and rebuild is something no one ever wants to have happen JB & Sons made the process easy. He was always available to answer any questions no matter if the question was asked before. He even painted the entire bedroom for me. His crew was neat, respectful, and very trustworthy his crew put my entire bedroom including the bed back together again as well as hanging a 55'' television higher for me. I recommend Jb & Sons Construction. Once the job was completed(yes it took time) the detail in his report was incredible nothing was left out of the 6-10 report including the 2 extra boxes of flooring.
