“This review is long overdue. Modern Kitchens & Bath does outstanding work. With any major construction (wall removal with a 1900 pound steel beam installation), there will always be delays and communication miscues, but the passion and dedication from Henry and his team made up for those issues.
At the end of the day, the kitchen and bathroom with the flooring, tile, cabinets, paint, etc is excellent. We had several compliments from not only friends and neighbors, but even the building inspector gave Henry very high praise.

My wife and I spent a long time deciding who we could trust with our bathroom remodel. After meeting with several companies, it was a tough decision—but once we met Bruce, we knew Le Gourmet Kitchen was the right choice.
We researched bathroom contractors throughout Los Angeles and Orange County using Google, Houzz, and award listings for top bathroom designers. We read countless reviews, studied image galleries, and compared how long companies had been in business, how many projects they’d completed in Orange County, and the overall quality and scope of their work.
We were close to selecting another contractor until we met Bruce. His personality made him someone you genuinely want to work with, he has many years of experience, and the quality of work his company has completed really stood out. That meeting made the decision easy.
Our project was extensive—we needed a complete bathroom remodel, two closets redone, and new wood flooring throughout the house due to water damage. Bruce worked with us to incorporate the tile, flooring, and fixtures we selected and then created renderings that clearly showed what the finished project would look like. That process gave us a lot of confidence going in.
We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship from everyone involved, especially Fabian (electrician), Jose (tile installer), and the other skilled trades on the project. While we did encounter a few issues along the way—as you do with any remodel—everything was handled professionally, calmly, and fairly.
Bruce truly took the time to understand what we were looking for. His design improved significantly on our previous bathroom, using warm, natural colors and clean, well-balanced lines. He took our ideas and, with his experience, turned them into a modern bathroom that exceeded our expectations.
We’d also like to thank Rob Grigsby, who listened carefully to our feedback and did much of the hands-on work on our project. His attention to detail really showed.
In the end, my wife and I are completely happy with the results. We love our new bathroom and the hardwood floors throughout the house. The bathroom renovation is stunning and gets compliments from everyone who visits—our guests mention it every time they walk through the door.
