MFK Construction and Maintenance
“We had a great experience with MFK Construction. Gaspar and Abelardo, who were on-site, were professional, courteous, and communicated with us throughout the entire project. They always arrived on time, treated our home with respect, and cleaned up the work area at the end of every day.
The project included demolishing our existing balcony tile and subfloor, installing a new Life Deck waterproof decking system with new bonderized perimeter flashing, replacing the floor drain flashings, and painting everything to match the existing color scheme. They also removed old wood fixtures, repaired several areas of stucco, and replaced a few roof tiles.
The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail really showed. We appreciated how smoothly it all went. Mitch managed the job and was very responsive whenever we had questions. Overall a great team that delivers.”
