NINE 49 BUILDERS

430 Forest Avenue, Laguna Beach

Thu 8AM - 5PM

“We recently completed a patio ceiling renovation project with Nine49 Designs, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. The transformation exceeded our expectations and created exactly the look we were hoping for.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the project was completed at a fair and reasonable price. The finished ceiling has completely elevated our outdoor living space and added both beauty and value to our home.

We appreciate the hard work of Andres and his team and would gladly recommend Nine49 Designs to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a beautiful finished product.

I’ve included before and after photos so others can see the incredible transformation for themselves.”

The Shipp Group

1160 North Coast Highway, Laguna Beach

Thu 8AM - 4PM

“I have worked with Dave Shipp and his team for almost 20 years, and they’ve built some of the most remarkable homes in Orange County. They always answer the phone, but even more importantly, they proactively check in to see how you’re doing. That relationship-driven approach goes a long way when taking on the challenge of building a home.

As an architect, I especially appreciate the questions they ask and the forethought they put into details long before execution, ensuring things are done right the first time. They never reject an innovative detail. Instead, they bring in the right subcontractors and collaborate to achieve the desired look while making sure it’s feasible, durable, and well executed. Open communication may be one of the most important tools a builder can have, and they do it exceptionally well.

Throughout construction, both the client and I receive regular progress reports, photos, schedules, and agendas—something many contractors promise but rarely deliver consistently.

I highly recommend Dave Shipp and his team for your upcoming construction project.”
