“I requested a check up of our HVAC system after higher than expected utility bill in July. Mike was on time , friendly & discussed what our concerns were prior to evaluating our system. He verified that it was working as expected within the systems tolerance ratings for electrical use. He found a switch that showed wear & explained what would happen if it fused shut. Given that our current system was 24 yrs old, I asked him for a ballpark on cost of installation of a new unit. He explained options with recommendations for installing a new heat pump to replace our propane furnace & electric AC unit but did not pressure me. He also gave me information about their yearly maintenance plan but again without pressure. I decided to have the switch replaced for now & budget for replacement within the next couple of years. He changed out the switch during the same visit. I appreciated that he was informative but did not try to pressure me in any way. I would highly recommend Kendrick Heating & Air.“
