Very happy with their quick response & thorough inspection of our 2 furnaces, only one had failed but the 2nd one was also not functioning at full capacity, I wouldn't have realized that til we really needed it in a month or 2.

Viking Mechanical gave us our life back! I know that sounds cheesy, but it's true. We live on the side of a hill. The front of our home faces East catching the morning sun, but the back of our home faces West and is basically a wall of windows that magnifies the sun as it blazes in at the hottest part of the day. Our thermometer indoors read 95 degrees or higher every day for a month while we waited for another company to fix our air conditioner. We traveled back and forth to hotels just to get out of the heat, took cold showers, drove around aimlessly in our car to use the air conditioner in it, yelled, cried, felt absolutely helpless, and then we found Viking Mechanical....read full review
