We have been using them for years for my home and my parents. They are always able to schedule us quickly and get the problem fixed right away! They are very knowledgeable and nice. I always recommend them to anyone who has any issues with their heating or ac. Gotta support small family businesses that do great work.

The quick response to our heat going out the week before Thanksgiving was much appreciated. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this company for heating and air conditioning needs.

I can't recommend Comfort 1 enough. Classic story, my AC goes out right when we start to reach triple digit heat for the first time of the summer! Comfort 1 was actually the first place I called, and they were able to come out within a few hours. They estimated they would be there between 11-2, gave me a courtesy call when they were a few minutes out, and showed up on time. They were incredibly professional and kind, and quickly identified the issue. Unfortunately for me, it's going to be a big repair, but they were able to advise me on the best way to deal with my home warranty claim to cover the costs.
