“We called Deal Heating & Air to troubleshoot our air conditioner for our office building at 9:30 AM. The owner arrived on site within (2) hours and diagnosed the problem. The owner then communicated with our office personnel on what needed to be repaired. Technician returned the same day with the new fan motor and installed it. Works great. The diagnosis and repair was completed the same day that we called. We highly recommend Deal Heating & Air.

“I cannot express just how good the customer service is at this place. Our air conditioning broke over Fourth of July weekend and within twenty minutes of opening after I left a message during the holiday, I received a call back from Gabrielle and they sent out Jim that same day. The problem was diagnosed almost immediately and repair completed quickly. However the story doesn't end there! The initial repair led to the discovery of a secondary issue -- which was slightly delayed because we left on vacation during the first repair, so when we got back to a hot apartment they once again made us feel like we were top priority. When Jim couldn't reproduce the issue we had the second time, he even came back outside of his scheduled route to do a double check and was then able to diagnose the problem and complete a repair!During this whole process they received a lot of phone calls from me--enough for me to annoy them definitely, but they never came across annoyed. Gabrielle was always friendly and super helpful over the phone, and if she missed my call I never went more than 15-20 minutes without receiving a call back. “Ivan is a fantastic technician who goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I had an issue where half of my house was not cooling properly. I had other HVAC companies come out and just tell me it was how my house was oriented, but a 90 degree room is not normal! Ivan listened to my concern and came out as soon as he could. He ran a full troubleshoot of my system and found that one of my damper actuators had failed, causing all the air to only go downstairs. He found the part that was needed and was back two days later to install and ensure it was working properly. Now my house is cool in every room and Ivan’s rate was completely reasonable to get there.
