Had an appointment to get an estimate for a new HVAC. Josh came on time and I received a text message that they're on their way. When he entered the house, he wore shoe booties without me asking. After doing an inspection, he told me my furnace looks good and I won't be needing to replace that part. I appreciate his honest opinion. It's hard to find a company that's trying not to upsell. As a customer, I have to trust what repairs are needed and suggested. Josh explained everything very clearly in a way that's easy to understand. Highly recommend giving this company a call. Just had a major install in the home. They were seamless, fast and courteous. The new Trane unit is strong and powerful and is moving a lot of air. I really dig the new TSTAT. Big shout out to John and the entire team at Peck Heating and Air. Also a HUGE shout out to My install team. They were amazingly quick, clean and very professional. It was a good experience.
