I am in the process of obtaining bids to replace my 20 plus year old equipment. I called to get a quote and was set up with an appointment right away. Soren, showed up on time and took the time to explain the various equipment available. The rebates that were offered as well as what financing or same as cash programs the company offered. I was very impressed with the presentation and would gladly recommend you obtain a bid for your project from them. Everyone should get multiple bids prior to making a decision.
*** *** Stars! One of the hottest weeks and we had no AC and an unusual issue, not a standard problem! Water in the conduit housing the wires filled with water and over time corroded the wires. Very unusual and took some real creative work to not only find the problem but resolve it without running new wiring. Drew - Thank you. So professional, smart and kind and the ability to be creative and think outside the box which in turn saved us a whole lot of $$$. We signed up for annual maintenance! Thank you Drew!
Highly recommend. The tech, Drew, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about everything to do with the system. He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes and repaired it within an hour. He went above and beyond and even made some minor repairs to some shoddy work the last HVAC repair company left behind.
