These folks are service professionals that will give you their expert opinion, even if it means they don't make a sale. Called Country Air Conditioning after the capacitor on my AC broke. I had parts on order, but wanted to see if they could get out to fix the problem faster. Laura connected me with Sven, who walked me through our options. Was extremely impressed with how patient and professional both Laura and Sven were, will definitely come back for future jobs!

Father-in-law scheduled appointment but forgot to cancel. When they my fatther-in-law offered to pay for the trip out. Country Air Conditioning person politely refused and was understanding. With service hard to find, especially with COVID-19, I would not hesitate to call them. Good company.

This is the 4th year that they have done routine service for my ac Arrived at promised time and charged a very reasonable amount considering driving time and ti.e spent servicing unit You couldn't ask for a more polite and thorough technician.
