They offer a great variety of classes, and I've loved being able to mix things up depending on what I'm looking for that day. I've taken Slow Flow, Power Flow, Restore, and Sculpt. Power Flow and Sculpt are definitely more challenging and are great when I'm in the mood for something that feels a bit more like a Pilates-style workout, while Slow Flow and Restore offer a more traditional yoga experience.
One thing I really appreciate is how welcoming and respectful the studio is. The staff are always kind, and the instructors bring such positive energy to every class. Even when classes are full, the studio never feels overcrowded. There's always enough space between me and my neighbors. I'm usually not a fan of heated workouts, but for the heated classes, the temperature here feels very manageable. Unlike some other studios I've tried, I never felt dizzy or nauseous from the heat.
I also love how thoughtful they are about consent and personal preferences. They provide cards that allow you to indicate whether or not you'd like hands-on adjustments from the instructors. At the end of class, instructors ask us to wave if you prefer not to have the scented towel (usually lavender or citrus) waved over you. The instructors also celebrate class milestones and make everyone feel recognized (I got a shout-out after completing my third class!). These small details really show how much they care about creating a comfortable environment for everyone.
Overall, I love the variety of classes, the supportive instructors and staff, the emphasis on consent and comfort, and the cleanliness of the studio. Highly recommend!“

303 Parkside Dr, Palo Alto“Limor is an amazing yoga and pilates teacher! I first came to her for reflexology after a foot injury—she helped me heal and get back to running. Her reflexology was so incredible that I became curious about her yoga and pilates classes(I'm someone who had avoided yoga for years). I decided to give her yoga class a try -- WOW! I now attend both group classes and private sessions. Limor has a rare, sought-after teaching style: hands-on yoga. She brings deep wisdom of the practice and weaves it together with authentic warmth, healing touch, massage, and attentive pose adjustments.I leave every class with a deep sense of calm.“

For years I have tried many different allergy medications, from claritin, to zyrtec, no allergy medicine has worked for me consistently throughout the day. However with Lynn’s Allergy Medicine, I can now go through the day without constant itching and irritation in eye and nose. I rarely sneeze now throughout the day and I can finally enjoy outdoor activities without confort. 10/10“

“If I could give more stars I would:). I first attended a class at this studio in 2012 to help stretch out more hamstrings from years of running. As a physical and occupational therapist I was extremely impressed with the in-depth knowledge and awareness, Linea (studio owner) had of the body's anatomy . She was able to modify poses for individuals presenting with various muscle skeletal ailments with ease. She is extremely friendly, and welcoming and you quickly feel a part of the "yoga family." I must also give a shout out to Lynn, another excellent and highly knowledgable yoga instructor. She is attentive and makes sure you are doing your poses correctly. The studio also offers other yoga classes, a HITT class, Reformer classes ( with Linea), personal training sessions, as well as massage and Acupuncture (Lynn's also an acupuncturist!) services should you need them.“

They do a great job of building a nice community whether you are new or not. The staff make an effort to know your name and give tips on improving your poses. Although I've had a positive class experience with all the instructors, my favorites are Mary and Shamekia for yoga and Carla P for pilates. I look forward to their classes every week. They are stellar instructors! The online class reservation/purchasing system is also very easy to use.“

1500 Norman Ave STE 201, Santa Clara“As a regular attendee, I can confidently say that stepping through their doors is like entering a sanctuary of serenity and support. The studio's cleanliness is great. But what truly sets Sagar Hot Yoga apart is their unparalleled kindness and dedication to their community. The instructors embody warmth and compassion, fostering a sense of belonging that extends far beyond the mat. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels valued and supported. One particularly memorable instance stands out: I arrived for a class only to find out that the scheduled instructor was unable to make it. Instead of canceling, another instructor, named Kinjal graciously volunteered to lead an impromptu session, ensuring that we didn't miss out on our practice. It's this level of care and flexibility that truly sets Sagar Hot Yoga apart. And let's not forget about the quality of instruction. They are skilled instructors who guide you through each session with expertise and encouragement. Their classes are not only physically invigorating but also mentally and emotionally uplifting, leaving you feeling rejuvenated from the inside out. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, I wholeheartedly recommend Sagar Hot Yoga as the ultimate destination for your yoga journey. Trust me, your mind, body, and soul will thank you.“

“Teaching yoga here is not only their job, it is their vocation.
They adjust poses for students who have special needs, so they get the most benefit of the workout. Yesterday I showed up coughing from allergies. They immediately told me not to lie down and showed me how to open my chest as much as possible. That worked wonders and I felt much better after class. I am in very good hands here.“
