Teaching yoga here is not only their job, it is their vocation.

They adjust poses for students who have special needs, so they get the most benefit of the workout. Yesterday I showed up coughing from allergies. They immediately told me not to lie down and showed me how to open my chest as much as possible. That worked wonders and I felt much better after class. I am in very good hands here.

Nice little studio that offers Iyengar Yoga. Mostly senior citizens attending. If you are younger or have practiced yoga before, I recommend going straight for the more advanced classes. In the lower level classes, many attendees have mobility issues and need to set up a chair to assist them with the poses, so the class moves slowly with breaks for chair setup.

This is no gym yoga! I have been coming to this place for over a decade. You can't find more dedicated or experienced yoga teachers than iyengar teachers. They teach you how to do the poses in the right way for your body and mind. I haven't had a chronic backache since I started yoga at this center. Check it out! Namaste.
