Wish more yoga studios were as clean, friendly, and trendy as this lil gem! This place comes with all the bells and whistles - showers, mats, towels, waters, vanity bar, tea bar, scent bar. I come from all the way on the other side of town because I also love the routines and general vibe Ritual Yoga teachers provide.

I have been going here for an year now and the combination of yoga + meditation + breathing techniques has had a very positive impact on me. We are always constantly on the run and life in silicon valley is stressful. I look forward to going to this yoga class, Manoj ji is really good at curating the yoga practice with breath cleaning exercises and meditation that calms the mind. I feel very refreshed and energetic after every yoga class. I highly recommend this yoga class for everyone that feel very stressed out with every day life.

The Life & Wellness Coaching offered by the yoga teacher at Wellness By All Means is wonderful. Not only did I lose a lot of weight, but was able to control my stress and stress-induced eating in the long run; felt so proud of myself :-) At Wellness By All Means (WBAM) yoga classes exactly mirror the way yoga is taught in India (what I would call the real yoga). The "westernized yoga" offered at other places is merely another form of exercise, however at WBAM breathing exercises are part of the daily practice - exactly how it should be.
