What a year passed by - 2022 - First, let me thank Reshma, who is unique and caring for every person joining Rythematic. All the instructors, Megs, Neha, Tripathi and Pari extraordinary in what they do, motivating us to achieve our goals not only in the class, but by constantly pushing us and checking on us every day through WhatsApp and texting.I want to share my Journey with Rythematic. Good location to get your cardio fix . Tried the Zumba and Bombay jam classes. One star less - they should add morning class , there is no class on Monday plus at time the class is more dance sequence with low impact and less calories burnt .

I cannot stop raving about this place. RA offers not just Bombay Jam (Bollywood dance, arms and legs toning and core workout) and Zumba classes with strength training, but also specialized core and strength training sessions! All this under one roof! All the instructors are amazing and super friendly! I've been going for classes here for over a year now and all I have to say is - CAN'T STOP! WON'T STOP! PS: If you ever want to come in for a fun dance session, bring along a bottle of water, a yoga mat (for Bombay Jam), a towel and loads of energy!
