Had to call due to a little late on appt. But Armando made up for it. He was very personable, very knowledgeable and explained everything and showed me pictures of what was done. Most importantly he fixed my water heater and I have hot water once again.
My 8 year old Rinnai water heater was without hot water this morning. I contacted Shoreway ( they have been out before to perform descaling) and was given an appointment in the early afternoon. Cesar arrived on time, diagnosed the likely problem to be the igniters, and replaced them. I appreciate Shoreway’s ability to get out the same day, and also to explain that there may be other problems with the hot water heater. Cesar was highly professional, and knowledgeable, and his advice was to see if the replaced part took care of the problem.
We had called another company before we called Shoreway Plumbing. That company did not identify the source of our leak but told us we needed to replace all of our pipes with PEX. That seemed very suspicious. We called Shoreway and they had a team out the same day. They quickly identified the source of the leak and resolved the issue. The cost was significantly less than the previous quote.
