After paying another plumber to install a high-end Rinnai tankless water heater, I had to fire him and hire Shoreway to finish the job. Was reminded of the old saying, "if you think it's expensive to hire a professional...wait until you hire an amateur!" -- which is what I got before Shoreway came out.Jose provided great comms on the coordinating, quoting, etc. -- and Fernando installed all the final equipment like a surgeon. The first plumber whom I'd fired installed things crookedly, pipes all over the place, poor comms and never showed up to finish the work. We've been getting help from the Shoreway team for years and they came through again for us when our almost 10 year old water heater started having problems at the worst possible time. Jose and Fernando fit us into an already high demand time for them and installed a new water heater. We've used a number of different plumbing services over the 30 years we've been living on the SF peninsula and the team at Shoreway stands out. They will always be our first call.

Jose and the team were great! Very professional, on time, clear communication. Needed my old gas tank water heater to be replaced and wanted to upgrade to a new electric heat pump tank water heater. Jose came out to provide an estimate and was able to start and finish the work the next day, this included the electrical work. I had 3 plumbers come out to bid and Shoreway was the most competitive AND I could tell they had done this work many times before. I would use Jose and the team again for other jobs.
