Zac arrived on time; even a few minutes early. He provided great communication as to what the issue was and how to resolve the leak. He was very professional and came prepared with necessary tools and parts just in case. I appreciate that he arrived with and wore the shoe coverings before entering the home. Zac arrived on time and put on his booties before entering our home. He explained the problem of our leaking bathroom sink and how he was going to repair it. Zac made the repair efficiently and patiently showed us his work. He is courteous and professional. Would gladly hire him again.
