We received excellent exceptional help from Michael. Very knowledgeable and experienced specialist. He was Great!!! He showed us the part and fixed the problem. My water heater was leaking. The company responded on a late Sunday afternoon, offered a next day morning appointment, Michael arrived promptly and the service was done professionally & nipped the issue! All steps were well explained. I especially appreciate Michael neighborly attitude.
