We discovered out water heater had a leak late at night. Called them the following morning, the person on the phone was really helpful explaining the process. Rich came over soon after, assessed the problem and provided us with our options. Replacing the filter was done really efficiently.It was under 4 hours from calling to having our water heater problems resolved.
They were so kind, professional and service minded and referred me to someone that works on my specific type of water heater and thermostat. Jim Water heater expert in Pacifica was able to troubleshoot and handle my problem same day. Thank you!
Rich was very friendly and funny, but I guess more importantly, he also seemed very efficient and good at his job. He was able to replace my broken water heater the same day he came to inspect it. I enjoyed talking to him and he also took the time to explain to me how to maintain the new water heater (which I really appreciated). Overall very happy with the service ? and Rich was great.
