In fact, he recommended not to do some of my proposed work because of the older condition of the appliance and/or piping. “My old ac had failed. Valley was the company I selected to do the replacement. I asked the salesman Zac many questions and he always provided me with the answers I needed. The installers, Roberto and Rances did a great job. Roberto was the lead and was always very polite and helpful. I liked that Valley sent me photos and a bit of history about the men so I knew in advance who would be in my home. The installation started around 8:30am and ended about 5:30pm. I live in a condo that has four floors of living space and they had to take heavy equipment up to the attic on the fifth floor, though the ac is outside on the ground. Because it has been hot in my home due to the ac failure I have had trouble waking up rested. But last night it was a pleasure to fall asleep in my cool bedroom, and my cpap machine told me this morning that I slept for 12 hours and 45 minutes last night. It was the first time I woke up rested in over a month. Valley and the and the salesman, and the men that worked on my ac I would give ten stars if that were available. Thank you very much! “Earlier this year I replaced our aging (and braking) gas furnace and A/C unit with a brand-new heatpump-based system. The original installer did a shoddy job and after they botched a subsequent repair attempt (under warranty) I sent them packing and called Sandium. Robert Shuper from Sandium provided a thorough analysis of the situation and recommended a code-compliant re-installation of the air handler, a better pipe layout, and updating the existing (but long defunct) 2-zone system. One of the newly installed units had technical issues and Sandium technicians troubleshooted the system in coordination with the factory, measured that all parameters were as expected, and got the system working as expected. My lesson: next time I will call Sandium right away. Highly recommended. The technicians are professional, communicate well, and know what they are doing.“

“I was a little worried when no one showed up at the scheduled time for our first appointment, but then realized I never provided them my address. I met with Israel the next day, showed him what I wanted, and he explained there was room to add a third zone to our heating/cooling system. They were able to come and do the installation earlier than expected. Ruben was punctual and a great communicator and went the extra mile when I requested he wrap one final vent strictly for aesthetic purposes. Bubak came out a few days later to wire the units and to set up the thermostat. It all went smoothly and I am super happy with the price and process. Highly recommend.“

All workers were very professional, worked hard and knew what they were doing. They needed to open up the walls and after the pipe work was done, the sheetrock, electrician and painting workers also did a great job! The $200 consultation fee is on the higher side, but it was absolutely worth it. I’d rather pay more for a skilled technician than deal with guesswork or wrong fixes. The issue was a simple air filter problem, and Stephan clearly explained system operation, maintenance, and how often filters should be changed.

They’re based in Milpitas and service Dublin as well—glad I found them. Plus, Stephan is easy to talk to and very approachable. Highly recommend.“
