Very responsive, knowledgeable and customer friendly. Jose came during the time scheduled, evaluated the water heater, shower head and the issues right away, sent me an email estimate and returned two hours later to do the work. Highly recommended.
Sink and shower drain were completely clogged. I called early Monday morning and got an appointment the same day at 10am.
The friendly tech showed up at around 9:40am. He had to go pick up the snake tool a coworker forgot to put back in his truck. That took around 45 minutes. He called twice to provide an estimate when he will be back. The clogging was taken care very quick.
The invoice was $580. If I use $100 for the trip, $200 for the work (1h), ~$20 for taxes, and what ever other costs calculated into the total, I still do not get to $580.
In summary, good and quick service, but expensive.
