“Such a great visit today. I was expecting a long wait but I was seen within 10 minutes and placed in an exam room. I got an x-ray taken inmediately and the PA came and talked to me right away. I was seen, diagnosed and given treatment under an hour and everyone was so friendly, kind and thorough. Will be using Redlands Urgent Care for my future urgent care issues for me and my kids. “I don't write reviews often but after the way I was treated today, I couldn't not write one. I've never had a bad experience other than wait times which I feel is normal at any urgent care. Today was about an hour and a half which seemed faster than usual. Today I saw Dr. Balette and not only did he get an extensive history, he asked if I had any recent blood work and looked over my most recent results on my mychart on my phone. He couldn't have been more thorough and I honestly have never been treated so well and like the doctor actually cared. He put in more effort than my pcp ever has and it was so appreciated. I felt heard and seen. Which isn't something I have ever said in a health care setting. The wait was worth it and even though not every experience is like that, I will continue going there when needed just because of how kind the staff always is. The lady at the front desk and the one taking my initial history/bp/height &weight were both very kind and put me at ease when I was dealing with a lot of pain and discomfort. I couldn't thank the staff enough for my visit today.“
