“Ok, another trip, I'm accident prone. Dog ripped large piece of skin off and I'm on immunotherapy with low immune and lots of dirt and dog bacteria. Anyway, they got it irrigated quickly and gave me tetanus shot. This place is great
Kyle the nurse was great. I was worried about a man being too rough, but he was gentle and did a good job. Said he was willing to do more surgery with something to numb it but I declined. Anyway, it came all the way out today thanks to his getting it started and being careful!
There's another nurse there, a lady, that was so nice and helped me with my cough last month. She gave me 2 medicines that really helped. The one I only took a few times cuz it makes you sleepy, the other I am still taking occasionally every other day and I think the cough is improving. Thanks again to all the staff.“

“Such a great visit today. I was expecting a long wait but I was seen within 10 minutes and placed in an exam room. I got an x-ray taken inmediately and the PA came and talked to me right away. I was seen, diagnosed and given treatment under an hour and everyone was so friendly, kind and thorough. Will be using Redlands Urgent Care for my future urgent care issues for me and my kids. “After my daughter got a fever and was what people refer to as belly breathing which means they're having a hard time we went to the emergency room the night before they did not give her any antibiotics or prescriptions of any sort the next morning we went to Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group they immediately put her on antibiotics and a steroid for her sore throat, fever and breathing issues because they found it to be necessary she was better in a few days this is my favorite Urgent Care by far“

“I came into the clinic around 3pm. The nurse at the front desk was honest that the wait time was going to be about an hour, which I appreciated, even if it wasn't ideal. I went ahead and waited, and once I was called back, the process was quick and relatively painless. They had some difficulty finding a vein in my left arm, which I expected and wasn't their fault. When I explained that it was typical to have difficulty with my left arm, they were receptive to the feedback and switched to my right arm without trying on the left again. All in all, I appreciated their professionalism in the face of inconveniences.“
