I was sent to Concentra Urgent Care for employment drug screening. I went before 3pm and waited about 30mins to be seen. I was out in about 45 total. I was very impressed. This may not be the typical time frame but I was very impressed with the dignity and efficiency expressed during my visit.
The Colton Concentra was very efficient. The staff were friendly. I was only there for one hour from start to finish for a physical and TB test. I’m very happy with this experience.
Went in for a DOT physical a few days ago. The clinic was clean, wasn't too busy, very professional and attentive. The back office staff was very friendly except for this student in an everest school uniform, she smelled like weed and seemed very unprofessional. The clinic shouldn't have students reeking of Marijuana there, makes the clinic look bad. I've been here many times for my DOT drug screens as a CDL driver that makes no sense to keep a student on who smells like weed, when that's a service that Concentra provides to employers. Hopefully that will be addressed with my review.
