“Ok, another trip, I'm accident prone. Dog ripped large piece of skin off and I'm on immunotherapy with low immune and lots of dirt and dog bacteria. Anyway, they got it irrigated quickly and gave me tetanus shot. This place is great
Kyle the nurse was great. I was worried about a man being too rough, but he was gentle and did a good job. Said he was willing to do more surgery with something to numb it but I declined. Anyway, it came all the way out today thanks to his getting it started and being careful!
There's another nurse there, a lady, that was so nice and helped me with my cough last month. She gave me 2 medicines that really helped. The one I only took a few times cuz it makes you sleepy, the other I am still taking occasionally every other day and I think the cough is improving. Thanks again to all the staff.“

“Such a great visit today. I was expecting a long wait but I was seen within 10 minutes and placed in an exam room. I got an x-ray taken inmediately and the PA came and talked to me right away. I was seen, diagnosed and given treatment under an hour and everyone was so friendly, kind and thorough. Will be using Redlands Urgent Care for my future urgent care issues for me and my kids. “Wow! I have never experienced such amazing service in all my years. I’m a 58 y/o vet. Had a piece of wood lodged deep in my fingernail. It was extremely painful. I was with my 8 year old son who was worried about dad. There was some difficulty contacting the VA to cover the procedure. The lady at the desk literally said We are going to treat you anyway thank you for your service! Wow. She doesn’t know it but that brought me to tears. I was so grateful. The doctor was a very young Asian professional who was funny, caring, sweet and extremely competent. She made sure my son who was worried about me, was calm while she worked her magic on my finger. She was so attentive and careful. When they couldn’t confirm my VA eligibility I left to go to a local emergency room. They cut me off in the parking lot to try another approach to get me treated. Sure enough they were able to find my VA eligibility and got me treated immediately. I felt honored and special. I watched as they treated everyone who walked in the same way. Absolutely incredible people. In this day and age you don’t see this type of service anymore. I was so grateful and literally in tears at how incredible these people are!“
