HORRIBLE customer service. I called when I got there (the sign says "call before entering") and the man who answered my call was so rude for no reason. I didn't go in because they don't take my insurance (medical) so idk how the actual patient care is, but based off that one phone call I'm glad they don't take medical.

Rude, unprofessional, zero care to know his patients, the absolute WORST bedside manner. If you care for your employees or loved ones DO NOT SEND THEM HERE for any serious injuries! Public Warning!1) This Doctor will not even bother knowing your name or who you are. (even with the file in his hand or after multiple visits) Our employee was constantly referred to as "the fat one or the fat guy". The Doctor's own Nurse is not a skinny female so I can only image how this made her feel every time he had a follow up the doctor kept stating "You know, the fat guy".2) Rude, Rude, Rude. I called to ask the staff how to get medical revirds and he was very rude and told me to go online and get his fax number and address myself. Absolutely no customer service. He was doig all this in a yelling voice
