Had to find Urgent Care because Big Bear Urgent Care closed Sunday at 4 pm. The next closest Urgent Care is in Highland at Dignity Urgent Care. We called Dignity Urgent Care and it's phone service said it was open til 9 pm. We drove 45 minutes from Big Bear to Dignity Urgent Care arriving at 7.01 pm where we were met at the door with a security guard who wouldn't let us in. We pleaded and twice he went in to ask the doctors to allow us to be seen for a bladder infection and twice we were told no...even though the door clearly showed the hours of operation are til 9 pm 7 days a week! Redlands Urgent Care is the next closest Urgent Care. We arrived at Redlands Urgent Care at 7.30 pm and noted that the waiting room was modern, clean with two helpful attendants at the sign-in counter. A digital display shows where you are in the waiting cue and is constantly updating you with expected time until you are seen by medical personnel. Everything about our experience exceptionally good. We give Redlands Urgent Care a 5 out of 5 Star rating. As a bonus, we were able to get our prescription filled at Redlands Urgent Care for just $15 which saved us from having to wait for hours at CVS. We highly recommend Redlands Urgent Care.
