Omg the phlebotomist had the hardest time drawing my blood. My vein is such a easy find.she stabbed it in and kept putting pressure and my arm started bleeding everywhere feels like she punctured my muscle. Some people definitely do not belong in a profession that they aren't able to do. The Dr is a very patient man wonderful at his profession.
NP David Lewis and RN Mindy Potter were just amazing. Great bedside manner answered questions I had on my children's symptoms with useful explanations. Spoke to me in a way where I felt heard on my concerns not like they were rushing through to get to the next patient. I was very impressed, I will keep choosing to bring my kids here and refer to others.
It’s sad that people are giving 1 star for the wait time. You can’t come and expect fast food service. It’s quality care. They have X-rays, ultrasounds and have top notch nurses! I can’t give them less. You want crap care in 30 minutes? Go elsewhere. Expect to wait 4 hours.
