Optum - Highland Boulder

I was informed by my compassionate caring Orthopedic Surgeon MD the potential source of my pain. I felt I was an active member of my health team, with the MD reviewing my X-rays directly with me as well as discussing the potential diagnosis. I was involved in the treatment planning along with alternative treatment plan if pain persist. I was respected, listen to, and felt positive about the course of action as well as the overall care I received. This was my first visit with my new Orthopedic Surgeon MD and I was very appreciative of the care I received.

Optum cares about my health and listen to what i needed and they explained to me the benefits of having a caring team i am grateful for this it has been a while sense I felt good about the team that is taking care of my health

I brought my mother to her neuro appointment. Everyone was cordial however, we waited for 20 minutes to be taken to a room despite the waiting room being empty.
Dr. AlSharif Is always pleasant and professional. My complaint is the back office assistant was wearing faded blue jeans. This is so unprofessional and looks very bad. As though they don't care what kind of impression they give to patients. This needs to be addressed immediately.
