“Went in on Saturday raining lucky not busy (empty lobby) got seen fairly quickly- bronchitis (coughing ?) had tested negative few days earlier for COVID (month ago vaccinated) and flu (2 months ago vaccinated) got prescribed meds, staff was nice and so was doctor, unlike other person my insurance Medicare Advantage HMO/ Anthem- Elevance since they bill as office visit I shouldn't see bill/capitulation (unlike urgent care which is $30 copay) fingers crossed on billing Providence billing is really bad, some months got bills for copay when they should not be any...“

I went there today and from the receptionist to the doctor to the nurse and even just random staff members just in there everyone was great. He brought us a wheelchair in the parking lot as we waited. What a great first experience. Thank you Steve for your kindness!!!“

We only waited an hour and the staff was incredibly helpful. I don't speak Spanish, but they had a great nurse who translated everything for my son and me and both were incredibly helpful.“

“Went to Urgent Care last night as a walk in for moderate to extreme lower back pain that I’ve had for the last month. I was in a room quickly and out as well after a steroid injection and prescription. Will follow up with my NP on Monday. There was only a couple other people in the waiting room when I arrived. One was called right after I checked in, the other was still waiting when I left.“
“Big shout out to Dr. Sliva in the optometry department for taking care of my moms cataract surgery. She was pretty anxious about this surgery, she wound up putting it off for a while which affected her vision and stopped her from Getting her drivers license renewed. Dr. Sliva really reassured my mom through the entire process. My mom can ask a lot of questions along with taking notes, but he took the time to answer them all. The day of the surgery was a seamless experience. The nursing team was fantastic. The surgery was really fast I couldn't believe it how fast it was. I literally only listened to three songs waiting and out comes my mom all done and happy. She said she felt like a new woman. Thank you Dr. Silva. She can see as clear as day now.“
