“If you need your home windows tinted, I'd recommend these folks. They will take their time explaining the pros and cons on what you want out of your project. I had my sliding door, a large window, and two higher narrow windows tinted in different shades to manage the light and heat. Very satisfied and the living space is definitely cooler.“

“Our relatively new (less than 5 yrs) KitchenAid started acting up; it would stop refrigerating for a couple of days, start up again for a few days, then start up again for several days, then off again. I called Gormsen's in PB who told me they no longer had a refrigeration technician but referred all such requests to Econo and gave me their number. Irene scheduled an appt. for Adam to come out several days later, having provided her my refrig. model # and the error message that was being displayed. What impressed me the most was that he contacted me PRIOR to the appt. to ask a few more questions and had me try a few diagnostic tests. On the day of the appt. he called 30 minutes out to let me know he was on the way. Once here, he explained that KitchenAid had become highly dependent on electronics and circuit boards and our refrig. had 6-7 boards, any one of them could be responsible for the problem. After inspecting several areas and circuit board boards, he solved the problem without having to replace any of the board(s), which would have been expensive. As noted by other reviewers, Adam was professional, efficient, customer focused and HONEST. I have given his card out to friends and neighbors that might need a service technician with those qualifications. This is a family-owned and operated business so when you deal with Adam and Irene you are not just dealing with an employees but the owners as well.“

“I called them late in the day and they were super responsive! They came out the next day assessed the problem and referred us to the manufacturer and even advised us how to talk to them because we were technically out of our warranty. I called and they were totally right! The manufacturer is going to come out and repair it for free now based on this companies advice but they weren’t before and we’re gonna charge me 3-4 times. I really appreciate their professionalism, honesty and awareness of keeping costs as low as possible. I will definitely use them again if I need anything.“

“Pacific was recommended by the contractor that originally installed our HVAC units, but has since retired. I knew he would point me in the right direction and he did! I e-mailed Pacific Refrigeration late in the day with the make & model number of our Rheem HVAC unit, explained the issue and let them know that it's not an emergency, just send a tech when one is in our neighborhood. The next morning we got a call stating a tech could be here in an hour, so I stated that would work. Within the hour, Dean showed up ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad relay switch and that he had one with him. In no time at all, he had the new relay installed, the unit buttoned back up and was complete. Dean was very professional, courteous and diligent. After such a positive experience, I would highly recommend Pacific Refrigeration.“

I was hoping that AIS would have sent some message of apology for the 2nd install attempt but this was redemption. “I rarely need a handyman but I just moved in to my own apartment- alone and the stove/oven turned on but when I went to actually use it it did get hot or even warm. Art came over on Sunday within about an hour of the service request. He fixed the problem in minutes and then thoroughly checked that each burner, oven setting etc was in working order. He showed me which circuit breaker it was on and proceeded to check my heat/ac was also working properly before leaving. The whole appointment including his cleanup was complete with about 30-40 mins. He's timely, affordable, respectful of your home and friendly.
